ThankQ includes a facility to issue reminders through Mail Manager to contacts for instalments that are due within a time range.
Pledges will NOT be included in the Pledge Reminder mailings if they have a Payment Type which is specified in the Lookup Value Finance-->Do Not Remind Payment Type.
When you complete a pledge reminder mailing thankQ updates the Date of Last Reminder and Number of Reminders fields on the Pledge’s Invoice tab. These fields are used to enable you to select which pledges will be included in the reminder mailing.
