When a Pledge is being paid by credit card, thankQ saves and encrypts the card details. When the card is about to expire, the Credit Card - Expiry Date will trigger a Date Fired Action.

A Date Fired Action is an action that is automatically triggered by a date – such as a credit card expiry date. A reminder will be generated under the following conditions:

1.The Pledge is Active - On Hold pledges will not be included.

2.The Payment Type of the pledge is Credit Card.

3.An instalment is due in 30 days’ time and at that time the card will be expired.
