thankQ Help

Before setting up the codes in thankQ, it is recommended that you adopt naming conventions that suit your organisation. Be as specific as possible when creating source and destination codes because this will facilitate a more accurate tracking facility.

The naming could be the same codes used in your Accounting system. The Source and Destination codes could also be named the same as each other.

Source and Destination Codes should not have long names, preferably not contain spaces and should not contain characters such as +/( )\@#& . Remember that they are a CODE not a full description of the source or destination. ThankQ provides another field for the description.

Although thankQ provides default codes, these can be overwritten to allow you to create a code that accurately reflects the purpose of the code.

The suggested convention used below is to use a mix of characters and numbers with an underscore as the separator.
