The Data Dupe Report will list any possible duplicates. You can use this report to analyse and then to copy and paste the master record and the duplicate records into the Bulk Merge Contacts spreadsheet.

If you have a large database it may be advisable to create a search that can be run with this report where the surnames are separted by groups e.g. A to C, D to F etc.
