The Discount Matrix makes it possible to give discounts to customers that book more than one ticket at a time. Contacts can receive discounts when bulk booking different combinations of places or sessions at an event.

For example a single ticket may cost $50, but a Discount Matrix can be set up giving a contact that books two tickets (or more) a discount – of perhaps $10 off the total price. Making the cost for two tickets, $90 not $100.
