In order to use Power Searches effectively, the user needs to understand the underlying logic that thankQ uses when conducting a Power search. There are three important rules
Rule 1 |
When constructing a search using criteria from the same folder, always select the longest statement that will fit your requirements. ThankQ will then return one row of data for each contact that meets the criteria in the statement |
Rule 2 |
Always try to select the largest group of records first |
Rule 3 |
Once you have all the include statements, you can then apply the Exclude statements |
