Contact information can be edited by way of a field or by opening in a form view.
Contact fields can be set to Yes under Lookup Values so any changes to the field information can be captured and a reason selected as to why the change was made.
thankQ keeps an audit trail of any changes and any field that has a reason will have that reason beside it.
