If the Lookup Value Fixed Total Cash Value is set to Yes the amount of the sponsorship does not populate the Cash Value or Source/Destination codes. These can be entered manually.

In Edit mode enter the Cash Value and Source Code which will bring in the Destination Code and Save.

Once you have set a Cash Value and Source/Destination a pledge is automatically created for this Sponsorship, which you can open by selecting the blue highlighted link near Total Cash Value.
