Visit Details is used to confirm the number of attendees and the final cost. This can be accessed via a device or via a computer.
1.Click Visit Details under the Events Modules
The bookings for that day will appear
2.Click Table View to see the list
3.Click on the Group that has arrived
4.Click on Data View
5.Enter the number attending into the relevant boxes
6.Click into the payment type if paying on day otherwise click in the Invoice tick box
7.Enter the Teacher’s name
8.Get the Teacher to sign the signature window
9.Click the Confirm button
