thankQ Help

All licences are CONCURRENT.  

This means that licences are automatically allocated to users as they log into thankQ until the maximum number of licences is reached. Therefore thankQ software can be used on any number of PCs and it allows licences to be shared between different users.

Please note that users on all licence types can have further restrictions placed on what they are allowed to Create/View/Edit via Access Rights or Ownercodes.

Our licence types are as follows:

thankQ Full Licence

Can create, edit and view information in all areas of thankQ without any restrictions.

thankQ CRM Licence (Limited Write)

Can view information in all areas of thankQ without any restrictions.

Can perform the following functions in the Contacts module only:

•Create & Edit Contacts

•Create & Edit Relationships

•Create & Edit Profiles

•Create & Edit Contacts in Households

•Create & Edit Letters & Emails to Contacts

•Create & Edit Education

•Create & Edit Employment

•Create & Edit Contacts in Groups

•Create & Edit Communication entries

•Create & Edit Actions

•Create & Edit Support Services

•Create & Edit Enquiries

•Create & Edit Library Manager

•Create & Edit Timesheets

•Create, Execute & Save Searches

•Plus View License functions

thankQ View Licence (Read Only)

Can view information in all areas of thankQ. Ideal for users that wish to search and report only.
