Statements can be mailed as a reminder for payments that are still to be made. The statement will also contain details of instalments that have been paid. You can mail individually or a selection via Mail Manager.
1.Click Mail This Statement on the tool bar.
2.The Select Template dialog box will appear. Select the relevant Statement template and click Open.
3.A statement will appear similar to the one below.
4.Edit and Print the Statement.
5.When the Statement is closed, you will be prompted to log the document in thankQ. Click Yes.
6.Enter a suitable name for the document.
