The Lock Transaction feature in thankQ allows a finance period to be locked so transactions cannot be entered into batches for that period.

A user with Access to Lock Transaction Period and Locked Transaction Access can Lock and Unlock periods and they can also give Access or Block Access for certain users.

The users with the Unlock Transaction Period access right can unlock the period if required.
