There are four other methods you can use to log contacts into a group. They are the following:

-        Load from Group

-        Load from Power Search

-        Load from Saved Search

-        Load from Clipboard

 

1.        Load from Group will load all contacts in a selected group into the current group record.

 

2.        Load from Power Search will allow all contacts that meet the criteria of a Power Search to be loaded into a group.

3.        Load from Saved Search will load all contacts in a Saved Search into the group.

 

4.        Load from Clipboard will allow the contents of the clipboard to be pasted directly into a group.

5.        Copy the Serial Numbers into the clipboard:

 

6.        Select Load from Clipboard

 

7.        Select Yes when prompted.
