If you want to change when or if thankQ automatically generates Action Reminders you can so via editing the Action Reminders record.
1.Open Automation Scheduler and search for the Automation Type of Action Reminders via Table View.

2.Untick the Active tick box if you want to turn this off.
3.Select the Schedule Type from the drop down.
4.Select the Scheduled Time from the drop down.
5.Enter an email for any notifications. Extra email addresses can be separated by a semi-colon.
6.Click OK to save.
