You can also adjust the Lookup Values for logging emails in thankQ via Outlook. You can do this by opening Email Logging Lookup Values:

The options you can change are as follows:

Default Communication Category all Communications created by the email logging will be set to a specific category (default is that no category is set).

Log Emails Against All Email Addresses (Including Myself)  - Allows you to determine if you can log an email to your own email address.

Max Number of Contacts to Log Against One Email Address - Sets the maximum number of contacts that can be logged per email address.

Max Number of Contacts to Stop Showing When One Email Address - If there are multiple contacts with the same email address this will set the maximum number of contacts that will be displayed. Any subsequent contacts will display a message: Too many Contacts for this Email Address as shown in the screenshot below:
