Once you have the basic details of your lottery setup you can now assign books to contacts. This can be done either through a picklist in thankQ or via Excel. The help topics below will demonstrate both methods.

You can only assign books to Contacts if your lottery has one or more books. If the contacts that you are assigning books to are organisation contacts then consider using the Group Organisations feature. |
