This document assumes the user has run a search and created a spreadsheet to analyse and the information is ready to enter into the template.
1.Click Load Excel Pledge Status under the Admin menu option
2.Select and open the template you wish to use
3.Copy and paste the Pledge Id’s and any other information collected from these donors, such as the reason for the change
If all the changes are to write down the pledge and the date for the change is the same this information can be copied down the columns using Excel standard functionality
4.Once you have entered all the pledge information locate the Pledge form on the task bar and click on it to open
5.Click Log Excel Pledge Status from the Admin menu option
6.Click Yes to confirm
7.Click OK to message once loaded successfully
The status of the pledge should have changed to Written Down or On Hold, whichever was the case
Under Audit the Written Down fields will be populated and also the Audit Notes
