thankQ Help

The various worksheets can be imported. The information in the following spreadsheets has been setup to cause validation errors for training purposes.

When entering IDs and codes do not use the thankQ id’s, use a made up number and the import will convert that to the next number for that particular code/id in thankQ.

(Class Year should be the Grade Year e.g. 12)

Class Terms:

Class Objectives:

(Class Objective Subject Code = School Subject e.g. ES00001)

Class Schedule:

(Class Schedule Class ID is a mandatory field e.g. EC000001)

Class Teacher:

(Designation must match lookup values e.g. Primary, Secondary, Substitute)

(Student Teacher Supporter ID is not required)
