thankQ Help

The thankQ Client Page can be integrated into your organisation’s existing web page.

The Page can be setup in an iFrame on your webpage so it looks as if it is part of your own page or the url can be setup as a button which opens to the thankQ eRegister page.

Once this has been carried out the registration of new contacts may be processed via the online webpage into the thankQ system.

Supporters may be asked if they wish to become Volunteers for your organisation or it may be used as a survey tool for eliciting areas of interest from visitors who may be potential supporters.

The Source field on the Biographical tab of the Contact Details form may reveal the way a contact has come into your organisation.

A page can also be created to collect unsubscribe information from mailings created in thankQ and linked to Campaign Monitor. This unsubscribe information can then be downloaded into thankQ and applied to the contact’s records. If you have automation this can all be achieved automatically.
