Your organisation may have some web pages setup to enable people to register their interest in becoming a volunteer or to just get onto your mailing list whereby information such as their name, address, mailing preferences and profile information can be obtained.

Profiles can be used to gather information about people such as their hobbies/interests, dietary requirements. You may have various different questions that people can answer so you can better maintain a relationship with them. The Profile name must exist in thankQ but the Profile value (answer to the question) can be unique and is not required to be in thankQ already.
