thankQ Help

1.Click the + top right on the External ID Mappings form

2.Select the Configuration ID from the drop down

3.Select the Table Name where the information will be imported into thankQ e.g. Module

4.Select the ID Key Name that is being imported into thankQ e.g. Field

5.Enter the External ID and the thankQ ID

6.Click Save

7.Repeat adding the Table Name and the ID Key Name until all information has been mapped

8.Click Cancel to close the window

9.Click Refresh to update the information in the window if required
