Add Invited Contacts to an Event via Event Contact Details

Power Searches, Previous Events, Individual Contacts, Groups and Mailings can be invited to an existing Event and then managed by way of the Contact Event Details form.

If a group of contacts are added to the Event a mailing can be created directly from the Contact Event Details form inviting them to the Event and as the invitees let you know whether they are attending or not the bookings can be managed directly on the Contact Event Details form.

Alternatively a mailing could have been created outside the Event and the contacts invited this way. This mailing can then be added to the Event and as the invitees let you know if they are attending or not these can be managed by way of the Contact Event Details form.
