If there are any Sponsors for the Event these can be added. A Sponsor could be paying for part of the Event such as Venue Hire, Catering etc.

1.Click on the Sponsors tab

2.Click on the + to add

3.Select the Type of payment from drop down

4.Select the Level of sponsorship if applicable

5.Enter a Value being the amount given to sponsor

6.Enter information in the Note field that describes what is being sponsored

7.Click the Pick List beside Serial No. to select the contact record of the sponsor

8.Click OK
