You may have several Structures of the same e.g. Five tables of Ten. Instead of creating a new Structure each time these can be copied.

1.Click on the Structure to copy

2.Click the Cog

3.Select Copy Structure

4.Enter the number of times to copy the Structure, click OK

5.Click Yes to confirm

6.Click Refresh

This has created a copy of the original Structure five times but has added a number to the Description as per example
