Under an Attendee’s Event Contact Details form Profiles can be found. This is where information can be captured about the attendee. The Profile tabs are created by the thankQ Administrator and there can be up to fifteen customised tabs.
The questions or names under the tabs can be setup in the system if they are repetitive.
We have created a tab for Medical Information and one for Award Information to capture this type of information.

1.Click on the Award Info tab under Profiles
2.Right click in the window and select Add Information

3.Click the Pick List beside Name
The Name and Value fields are free form fields where information can be typed directly into them so if any further information is required this can be entered.
4.Locate and select the Name

5.Enter a Value if it does not exist in the Pick List

6.Enter any Notes
7.Click OK to save

8.Click New on the Tool Bar and repeat the above steps to add further information
9.Locate the Judge’s record by entering the Surname in Quick Search
10.Click the Award Info tab under Profiles
11.Right click in the window and select Add Information

12.Select the Parameter Name from the Pick List
13.Enter or select the Parameter Value from the Pick List
14.Enter or select Date From and To and enter any Notes
15.Click OK

16.Click Close
17.Repeat to add any further Profiles for this and any other Attendee
