1.Click on the magnified glass beside the contact who has now decided to attend. The Grey circle indicates they have cancelled.

2.Click 4 Book on the menu bar
3.Select Reinstate Cancelled Contact

4.Click Yes to reinstate the contact to an Invited status

The contact now has a status of Invited. If they are going to attend the Event they will need to be re-booked onto the event. This can be done on the Event Contact Details form.
5.Click the Book this Contact button under the Attendee tab

6.Select the Ticket (Attendee) Type from the drop down
7.Click OK

8.Enter the number of places to book or click OK to accept one (1)

9.Click Yes to accept to have only this ticket type

Since the ticket type has a cost associated to it a message appears asking if you wish to process a payment for this booking
10.Select Yes to process the payment or No to pay later

The first time you make a payment on an event you will be asked if you would like to add the payment to an existing Batch that is in an “In Work” status or if you would like to create a new Batch.
Once a new batch has been created any future payments will be added to this batch until it is reset.
