If your organisation has Automation, Event Kits can be setup under Communication Automation to print all documentation pertaining to the type of kit. This automation requires SQL statements that thankQ will setup.

The Printer will be set to go to a default printer.

The template letter gets merged and any other attachments eg PDF files will be printed along with any packing slips if applicable.
