The following is a Main Event. The Event ID, Description, Status, Date and Locality are displayed in the highlighted/active window.
The Event has a border around it which indicates this is the Event in focus. If there are Sub Events these events can have different Attendees, Teams, Structures etc. This border lets you know which event you are making changes to.
A Sub Event can be created by pressing the + Sub Event button.
If Sessions were selected when creating the Main Event there would also be a button to create these
X = Delete Event,
Pencil = Edit Event
Arrow = Hide information.
43 = how many Invited Guests
11 = how many Attending Guests
11/200 = 11 Attending Guests out of 200 maximum available
