An example Event is illustrated below and named “2017 Christmas in July”.  It has one Sub Event, “Shelly Golf Club”.

The Event has One Session defined, which takes place between 16:00 and 17:00.

It also shows a number of people who are attending the Event, but it can also show the following types of people associated with the Event:

•Interested

•Invited

•Declined

•Attending

•Did Attend

•Did Not Attend

•Cancelled

•Contacts (i.e. Volunteers)

Search Functionality – locates an Event by entering Event ID or Event Name (or partial name) in the Quick Search.

Search sub events within an event using the Quick Search above the event.

Search for a specific contact associated with the Event by entering the Name (or partial name) above the list of contacts.
