There may be times when you need to add another field to the report. This can be achieved by going back to the Query Builder and selecting the field.
1.Right click on SqlDataSource1 and select Manage Queries
2.Click on the … (ellipsis)
3.Click on Run Query Builder
4.Click in the tick box beside the required field e.g. Narrative
5.Type in an Alias name eg Notes, Click OK
6.Click Finish at Query Editor
7.Click OK at Manage Queries
The extra field is now displayed in the Field List and can be added to the report
