1.Click User Defined Reports under Report Modules
2.Click Report on the tool bar
3.Select Dashboard Designer
4.Click OK to create a new dashboard
5.Click the Data Source tab
6.Click Add Query
7.Click the Run Query Builder button with Query selected
8.Double click on a Table or View eg View_BatchDetailContactAndArchive
9.Click into the tick box beside the fields required

12.Select any Aggregates
13.Click the Filter button
14.Click the + to Add a Filter

16.Select Is greater than or equal to

19.Click OK on Query Builder
20.Click Finish on Query Editor
21.Click the Home tab
