Ten additional fields are available to capture further information from your donors.  These fields appear below the name and address details.

1.To make an Additional field visible, enter some text in the relevant Name Additional Label field.

2.To make the additional information field mandatory, change the relevant Name Additional Mandatory field to Yes.

3.Click Save, then Preview and your additional information will appear below the name and address fields.
