To the right the Snapshot report is a list of Campaign Reports.

1.Click on the Recipient Activity report to display a list of contacts that opened the email.

2.This page displays how many times the email was opened by each contact.  To see which links a contact clicked on, select the which links link for the relevant contact within the Clicks column.

3.Click on a recipients email address to see an activity summary for this recipient.  This report will show the date and time that they opened the email and when they clicked on any links.

4.Click on the Link Activity & Overlay report to view how many contacts access links in your email.

5.Select the Opens & Clicks Over Time report to view a chat showing the time that the email was opened and when links were accessed.

6.The Email Client Usage report will tell you which email applications were used to open the email.

7.The Bounce Summary will display contacts that did not receive the email.   The reasons are generally classified as either a hard bounce or a soft bounce.

A hard bounce means that the email cannot be delivered. This is often because the email address is no longer valid.  This is considered a permanent error, so we need to take steps to avoid this contact being emailed again.

A soft bounce means that the email was not delivered on this occasion.  This is a temporary error and could be generated by an out of office message, the email being too large or a recipient having a full mailbox.
