Search Actions

When an Enquiry has been created it is assigned to a user account in thankQ. This could be a Team Leader who in turn may reassign to someone else in the team.

Actions are displayed on a user’s Action panel under Contacts Home Page for easy access but there may be Actions that are not assigned to you that you need to locate.

A search can be conducted on the Action Manager module or saved Power Searches can be run or a new one created.
