The Sponsorship Module provides a facility for the generation of individual mailings and mailings via Mail Manager to:

•Sponsorship Contact – the contact record who the sponsorship is for. This may be an individual or an organisation.

•Main Contact – the main point of contact for the sponsorship. If the sponsorship is an organisation the main contact will be the contact record that is the point of contact, in regards to the sponsorship, at that organisation. The main contact’s name will be coloured red.

•Invoice Contact – the invoice contact record is the contact is the contact record who will be invoiced for the sponsorship. The invoice contact will have a dollar symbol next to their name.

•Renewal Contact – the contact who authorises sponsorship renewal.
