thankQ Help

Actions can be found on various different modules in thankQ. If you need to remind yourself to follow up on a task set an Action.

Actions can be assigned to other users.

If a thankQ user’s login is setup, their Actions can be synchronised to Outlook and the reminder prompts displayed in Outlook. The thankQ Administrator can setup this feature.

The Contact’s Actions can be found under the Communication module.
