The Notes tab is used for system generated information as well as notes such as Change of Address etc that you may want to add.

Notes under this tab are not searchable.

The Communication tab of thankQ is another area where you can enter Notes and Attachments. The Communication tab is where any letters or emails sent and logged to a contact are found.

You may want to enter change of details under Notes and under Communications you may want to use this for more lengthy types of notes such as recording any telephone conversations etc.

1.Click on the Notes tab under Personal on the Contact form

2.Click on the Pencil beside Notes

3.Enter the information you are wanting to record against this contact

4.Click the Pencil to save
