Synchronise Contact to Outlook

The user’s login must have the access rights to be able to synchronise. Their email must be setup in their user account as well as have the Outlook access rights.

Make sure the record selector at the bottom of the screen displays the correct number of records to be synchronised. If you have 100 records selected all those records will be synchronised to the Outlook Contacts.

1.Click the Cog on the Names section.

2.Click Synchronise with Outlook.

3.Click Yes to confirm. Make sure the number of records on the record selector matches the number of contacts you have selected.
