Navigation: CANVASSING AND PROSPECTING > RFM > RFM Manager Module > Create a Hierarchical Matrix
Run the RFM Campaign
1.Click on the Run button on the Tool bar
2.Click Yes to confirm you wish to run the campaign
Once the campaign has run a message is displayed with the number of contacts graded.
3.Click OK
