This feature is required to be configured as it is an addon to thankQ. The Bulk Merge feature creates a spreadsheet which you can then peruse for duplicates. The master record should be copied into the master field and all the duplicates for that master into the duplicate field. The process can then be run in the background. Using the automation schedule this process can be run overnight so it does not impact any resources during working hours.
1.Select Bulk Merge Contacts from the Automation Type drop down.
2.Untick the Active tick box if this is not going to be active straight away.
3.Select the Schedule Type from the drop down.
4.Select the Scheduled Time from the drop down.
5.Enter an email for any notifications. Extra email addresses can be separated by a semi-colon.
6.Click OK to save.
