1.On the Prospects tab, right-click on the prospects sub list and select the Remove Selection of Prospects menu item

2.Select all the prospects to be removed by placing a tick into the box(es) to the left of the prospect details.

3.Click Remove

4.Click Yes to confirm the removal of the prospects. Click No to cancel
