The Fundraising Statistics on the Contact Details form are updated overnight with details from Batches Approved the previous day

You can manually run the update. You may need to run this process when you first start using thankQ or when the Period Date range is modified  

This process can take up to 45 minutes depending on the size of your database

1.Click Fundraising Stats under the Administration Modules

2.Click Yes to confirm you wish to run the statistics update

3. Click OK at Source / Destination Statistics

4.Click OK on Donor Statistics
