If a Pledge has been created recently and NO paid instalments have been made, the pledge can be cancelled.  This is most likely to happen if a donor pledges to give regularly and then changes their mind before the first instalment is paid. If a pledge is cancelled there is no history that it had been created.

1.Search for the pledge to cancel, remembering that only pledges that have not had payments made against them can be cancelled.

2.Select Cancel Pledge from the 7 Admin menu.

3.Click Yes to confirm you want to cancel the Pledge. The Pledge will be removed from the system.
