Source Category

Enter a category to categorise this source code – Donor Programs, Corporate, Community, Trusts & Foundations.

Source Type

Enter what type of code this is being used for. This can be used for reporting groups of source codes.

If you have a Type for Pledge a Source Type report can be run for just pledges.

These are setup in Lookup Values under the Finance folder:

Enter a relevant description. This can be printed on the Receipt.

As payments and costs are entered thankQ will update these fields.
