thankQ Help

This report will generate a summary of all ACTIVE periodic pledges (i.e. one off pledges are NOT included) for the source codes selected and period.

The 'Active' column indicates the number of all ACTIVE pledges currently in ThankQ per occurrence.

The 'New' column refers to the number of pledges which started within the selected period i.e. the start date (first instalment) of the pledge falls within that period.

The 'Income per Frequency' is giving the average income per occurrence across the whole period.
