Copying a host will duplicate the host and guests to another division or sub-division.  The host and guests will also remain in the original location.

To copy a host and the host’s guests, right-click the host name to be copied and select Copy Host from the drop down menu.  

A list of divisions and sub-divisions will be displayed.  Double-click the division you wish to copy the host to.
