Navigation: VOLUNTEERS > Enter Volunteer Positions
Toggle a Skill between Optional and Essential
1.Locate the Position and click on the Skills tab
2.Right Click on the Skill that is going to be changed
3.Select Toggle Skill As Essential/Optional
