Form flags will appear as icons on a Contact record. They are business rules built from Power Searches. For the purposes of this help file we assume you are already familiar with how to use Power Searches.

For example: If the Member icon is highlighted this means the contact has met the business rule (power search) that they are a current member.

Another Example: You can set up a Form Flag for Major Donors that meet your organisation's criteria for a Major Donor. The following pages will demonstrate how to do this.
