thankQ Help

A budget can be set up for each event in thankQ. The budget comprises Income and Expenditure for the entire Event.

Once the Event has been set up, budget figures can be entered to reflect expected income for quantities of attendees.

All information involving costs for resources will be included in the budget.  

The Actual Income will be continually updated to reflect the current financial status of the Event.  

Click the Budget button on the tool bar
