The report lists the Golf Teams set up for the specified Event.

To set up the Teams, you will need to create Team structures with a capacity of 4 per team.

Also, to indicate the contact's golfing handicap, you will need to assign an Additional Info entry for the contact with the Parameter Name as Handicap and their handicap as the Parameter Value.
